Rob January 05, 2016 for Model Number JES9800BAF Hello, I have a problem and I need some advice. When I turn on any function for my oven including the light, down draft fan, or the oven its self, they will only stay on for about 45 seconds. When they shut of there is a clicking sound like a relay or something. After this the touch pad will do nothing for a minute or two. Once the touch pad starts working again you can start over the same process. The clock stays on bright and clear the whole time and there is no codes. It seems like when you are messing with the touch pad the buttons are some times delayed and it will beep a few seconds after you are done. I'm wondering if I need the control panel or the control board? Thanks in advance Rob

Calvin July 12, 2013 for Model Number JES9800BAF Jenn-Air downdraft electric range: Some of the functions on the control panel have stopped working simultaneously; set-up, vent fan, more options, rapid pre-heat. Everything else seems to be OK. Oven heats fine. Problem apparently occurred while oven was in use. I have removed and restored power several times. Is this a control panel or control board problem?
