1 Answer Hello Barbara, there are a couple things going on here. Your model number is missing a two letters at the front. It should be MDBH845AWQ instead of BH945AWQ. Part# WP6-918873 is the correct silverware basket for your model. It may look different from your original as Maytag has changed them over the years and that is common for them to do that.
