Troy, it is recommended that the hot water valve is tested for 120VAC during a fill cycle. If there is 120VAC, the valve WPW10356257 has failed and would need to be replaced.

David, You will want to check to see make sure that the pressure hose is not disconnected from the unit and also will want to check the hoses and tub for cracks or leaks. Also check the water valve to make sure that it is not leaking.

Hello Ed. If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch. If the only way to shut off the water is at the shut off for the water hoses, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit.

Rob, If the unit is set for hot water fill then it will not fill with cold water. The unit may alternate the water supply on warm but should get hot water when the hot is active.
