Barbara S North Wales , PA July 06, 2026 Appliance: Model KENMORE 110.20022012 Our clothes washer stopped filling with water We looked up the problem using an AI source and were told that it's usually a faulty water inlet valve. On your website, the part was easy to find using our Kenmore model number. We watched your video several times and decided to try replacing the inlet valve ourselves. The part came in just two days. The only difficulty we had was pulling out the wire harness from the malfunctioning part, but the video warned that it might be very tight. We had to call on our son-in-law for his strength. If he hadn't been available, we probably would have returned the inlet valve and purchased the inlet value with the wiring harness already attached. It was so helpful to have a video that focused on the inlet valve. Went step by step, great photos, showed the tools needed, very well explained. A wonderful experience and we saved some money.
