Francis R Santa Ana , CA July 15, 2016 The water valve on the clothes washer on the rear of the machine I first spoke to a knowledgeable young man named Richard Stephens and he told me the problem was the water valve. He also emailed a video link. I ordered the valve and between myself and my wife we were able to repair it. A few weeks ago my wife and I fixed a switch on our dyer but it was easy.
