Dick August 25, 2022 for Model Number Maytag mf12569veq2 I have the hinge cam (wp67003638) and would like to replace the cam bushing in th door. I ordered WP67004977 and it fits but there is no cam surface inside. It’s just a bushing. Any help with a part number would be appreciated. Thanks
1 Answer Hello Dick, seems the manufacturer has subbed the original door bushing to this part. It takes the place of several similar part numbers, and the inside has no cam surface. Read More...
Dharmesh Bhagatwala July 25, 2021 for Model Number KBFS25EVMS00 Hi, I my fridge right door swings open and does not close when I close my left door. I am not able to find a replacement part for that (I believe these are together called door closing cam kit). Appreciate if you can direct me to this part. Thanks
1 Answer Dharmesh, This has a door bushing that would most likely be the issue and is part number WP67002721. Read More...
Vince October 03, 2016 for Model Number MFI2569VEM I have a problem with my refrigerator: Problems: 1. Ice and cold water dispenser only work when compressor is not running. Ice maker works well. 2. Defrost cycle stay on a long time so that condensation collects in refrigerator compartment and frost collects on items in freezer. Freezer temperature gets up to over 20 degrees at times but then back to 0 degrees. 3. Door alarm does not work. 4. Temperature alarm sounds when temperatures in refrigerator and freezer sections are at set values. Does this sound familiar? How do I fix it?
1 Answer Hello Vince. It sounds like the HV board WPW10310240 has failed and will need to be replaced on the unit. It is located on the back of the unit. You will need to remove the access cover to access and replace the board. Read More...

Karl July 10, 2014 for Model Number GX5FHDXVT00 My doors are not closing, are there 2 different closer parts that I need for my white doors? One is for $4.11 (AP4077616) and the other for $25.38 (4364680), or do I just get 2 of the $4.11 parts for white, 1 for each door? Thanks.
Keith December 06, 2012 for Model Number GX5FHDXVB00 When you are looking at the unit, the left side door will not close completely unless it is propped up from the bottom near the hinge. If you lift up on the door while closing it, the door will close securely. I believe the part I need is # 15. How do you replace it? thanks
1 Answer Hello Keith, To remove the door to replace the door closure WP67003638 you will first remove the upper hinge cover. This will be held in by either a 5/16" screw or a phillips head screw. You will want to remove everything from the door. Then with the hinge cover removed take the screws from the upper hinge and remove hinge. With upper hinge off you will open door slightly and lift of and turn upside down to access the closure. You may also want to check all your shelving in the refrigerator section to make sure that it is properly seated and not causing door to be pushed on. Read More...
