Shawn R September 16, 2014 for Model Number wtw4800xq2 Washer will not dispense hot water. Select hot and it just fills with cold water. I have switched the power leads to the valves and it will dispense hot water in place of cold so the valves are good. I switched the knobs around and it is not the knobs. Control board is the only thing I can think of next?

Greg March 12, 2014 for Model Number WTW4800XQ2 When I start the washer it adds water for about two seconds then goes into spin then after starts normal cycle but the timer knob does not move at all threw the whole cycle also seems to take a long time to do one load.
