Patricia March 20, 2018 for Model Number gu2275xtvy1 The start button won’t light or work. I have done the reset and it will start the dishwasher, but the start button will not light. A couple years ago the rinse aid dispenser quit working and we see a slight dark spot on the connector ribbon that goes into the control panel. It looks like the start button was repaired in the last. I need a gray button panel if I can still get it. Unless you think it could be something else? My husband did check the thermal fuse and it is ok. Do you have suggestions? Could it be the board and not the panel? If you do have a part what is the number for the gray panel (for stainless dishwasher). Thank you!!
1 Answer Patricia, For this issue the most likely cause will be a control panel which is part number WPW10175238. Read More...
Bob November 06, 2015 for Model Number Whirlpool GU2275XTVY0 I think I need a new control panel. All buttons/lights work, except for 4 hour delay and Start/Resume. I reset it using the Heated dry, Normal, heated dry, Normal sequence. I still can't get it to start. If I need a control panel, which is the correct one for the silver model.

Katherine September 27, 2015 for Model Number GU2275XTVQ0 How do I test whether the control panel has malfunctioned. The clean button blinks continuously after turning power on and off to the unit, and the start button won't stay on - it just blinks and then goes off.
1 Answer Hello Katherine. The blinking light is an error code for the unit. You clear this out by running a diagnostic cycle. The tech sheet on the unit will tell you how to run a diagnostic cycle. Read More...
Gary March 11, 2014 My dishwasher was flashing blue light and when I ask someone told me to push normal then dry heat three times and it made my dishwasher start working again and the light does not flash but it is not drying.
1 Answer Hello Gary. Either the heater or the high limit or the board is bad on the unit. You will need to test the parts. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
