Hello Ossie, If any of the keypads are not working and your ribbon harness connector is clean with no corrosion then it would be the keypad WP3385742 that would need to be changed.

Hello David, The console is connected to the control board. The console sends message to control to start when you hit start button. If button is not working you would need to replace console.

Thomas, Yes, it is a project a novice can do, here's some help " Electrical Shock Hazard disconnect power before servicing. Replace all parts and panels before operating. Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock. 1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power. 2. Open the dishwasher door. 3. Remove 8 screws from the sides of the door panel.4. Hold the front panel to the door panel and close the door. 5. Lean the front panel away from the dishwasher. 6. Lift the door panel up and off the front of the dishwasher. Removing the Control Panel 1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power. 2. Open the dishwasher door. 3. While supporting the control panel, remove six screws from the upper sides and center of the inner door panel. 4. While continuing to support the control panel, close the door. 5. Gently pull outward to disengage the control panel. 6. The control panel will be connected with wires that may need to be disconnected to set the control panel down." You'll do fine. Hello Richard. Based on the model number you provided, WP3385743 is the correct control panel. You will need to disconnect the power to the unit. Then remove the screws securing the inner door panel. Remove the inner door panel and remove the cover off the control board. Remove the ribbon cable from the control board and remove the screws holding the control board housing in place. Next remove the screws holding the control panel in place. Reinstall with the new control panel in reverse order.

Hi Larry. The "timer" on your model is actually a control board. You can remove the screws on the back side of the inner panel,and pull the control panel towards you . This should access the back of the control panel. Make sure your breaker is off. Then you can pop off the cover and have access to the control board. The control board # is WP8564547. Thank- you.
