Bill October 12, 2022 for Model Number GU1100XTLQ1 On the front panel of our Whirlpool dishwasher, when the machine is off, a couple of lights will appear now and then. The lights for SANI RINSE and AIR DRY appear as if you had pressed them. They disappear if you press the cancel button, but will reappear a couple of hours or so later. If the door happened to be latched, the washer turns on and goes into the rinse cycle. I would like to try to fix it myself. Would this involve replacing the control panel? Would you be able give me a part number? I would be grateful for any help that you can give me. Thank you. (Model # GU1100XTLQ1)

Joe G July 30, 2016 for Model Number GU1100XTLQ1 I plan to replace the finish to stainless steel on the door panel, and the console assembly with a black finish (since stainless steel is not available). Two questions: (1) How difficult is it to replace the console assembly? (2) Is it recommend that I replace the console protective cover (can't remember the exact part name) when I'm replacing the console assembly?
