6Rv July 11, 2011 for Model Number whirlpool gu940scgz0 I have a Whirlpool gu940scgz0 dishwasher. It fills and drains, but does not circulate the water to wash the dishes. Any ideas where to start?
1 Answer HI 6RV. Are your water "jet- holes" plugged on your spray arms? You can carefully remove the spray arms and clean them inside and out with a pick tool in the sink. Is your lower pump filter assembly screen clogged with debris? You can carefully go into the top-side of the pump and clean out the filter. Frank D. April 08, 2011 for Model Number KUDS24SEAL1 I have never had any trouble out of my dishwasher till today. I turned it on and I came back later and it had water in it and the soap dispencer was open, but it had not washed anything. The light was on (NORMAL). I hit (CANCEL) but it did not drain the water.
