Kenneth, A couple of things you need to check for. Remove the ice bin (caddy) from the door, and check the drivr motor coupling, it's spring loaded and should move up and down, as you press and release the coupler with your finger. Check and make sure the mounting tabs on the door are not broken or damaged. Flip the ice bin over and check the locking mechanism operation, and make sure the ice bin is snapped and locked in place when you install it back on the door.
