Bill March 11, 2011 for Model Number kudr0itjbl0 The board on my unit burned up. I ordered a new board #ap3775964 this board does not match the plugs on my unit. Also the control panel and ribbon is burned up and I can't tell from your break down which one I need.
1 Answer Hello Bill! For the black control panel order WP8270229. This includes the ribbon. The control board ordered WP8564543 is a replacement board and matches your model number. I have located a link on our repair forum that may help with the install process, hope it helps! http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/dishwasher-repair/178582-control-board-connectors.html Read More...
Millard D March 10, 2011 for Model Number kudIL1o1ILbL3 The only thing that works is the cancel button. The lights on the buttons do not light up when I press them. Can you tell me whats wrong?
1 Answer Hello Millard. Try removing the ribbon cable from the control board and cleaning it off. If this does not fix your problem, then you will need a new control board assembly. Hope this helps. Read More...
Warren February 26, 2011 I have a dishwasher model KUDS01DJSS0. The wash cycle has lasted 2 to 3 hours for over a year, so I replaced the control panel. It then ran one time, and then stopped with the "clean" light blinking. I ordered another control panel thinking the first was broken, and it did the same thing. I then replaced the touch panel and replaced the control panel with the most recently received one I have. Even with the new touch panel, the "clean" light blinks 7 times, pauses and then blinks 7 time again, over and over. If I put the original control panel in, the dishwasher works, but it takes the same 2 to 3 hours per cycle. I'm thinking the touch panel has shorted out the control panel, and I'll need another control panel yet now that I have a new touch panel. Any suggestions?
1 Answer Try getting your water hot at the sink before you start a load. That is a fault code for "the water didn't get hot enough". Read More...
