Bob B. May 27, 2014 for Model Number KUDR01TJBL0 I can change type of wash selection I want if I run my finger across the board. Example; from heavy to normal to quick rinse. No matter what setting I get to the light to come on I cannot get the dishwasher to start. It does run for the drain and reset buttons as it pumps out fine in its normal 2 minute cycle but it will not start up in any of the selected wash settings. Again, if I push the button selector for the wash cycle I want it will not change but it I slide my finger across the selector for wash cycles it will change but still will not start. Do you think my problem is the control panel?

Wei May 21, 2014 Hi, I have a Whirlpool gold quiet partner III dishwasher for almost ten years. The "normal" wash cycle recently quit working. I pushed the button but nothing happens. The user interface has a button on it that gets depressed for start but there is a piece on the control panel that actually pushes on the button when you push start.
