Michael April 25, 2020 for Model Number MVWB850YW0 During the rinse cycle, both bleach and fabric dispenser overfill, and water runs down inside of the cabinet. Both dispensers drain all the water out. It's like the dispenser can not keep up with the water coming in. What's the fix. Turn water shut off valve half-close?
1 Answer Michael, Check to make sure that the dispensers are not clogged. If they are not then you could try to close the valves off some to see if this does not correct the issue. Read More...

Falls Mom November 01, 2014 for Model Number WTW8240YW0 The bleach dispenser is always full of water. What is causing this problem?
1 Answer Falls Mom, The dispenser(s) have no moving parts, They actually works on a "syphon" or suction theory. When it's time for the dispenser to operate, the cold water solenoid and the dispenser solenoid activate and fills the dispenser, actually it overfills the dispenser and creates a syphon, and the water and bleach or softener are syphoned out of the dispenser and into the tub. Your first check needs to be at the fill hose and fill valve W10853723. There are screens in the water valve inlet connection and in one end of the fill hoses, you need to check and clean the debris from the screens or replace them. If the problem persists, you may have to replace the fill valve. Read More...

1 Answer Rich, First Unplug washer or disconnect power. Turn off the water supply to the washer. Tape the lid down. To raise the top. Remove top screw from each hinge on back panel. Remove wire harness cover. Slide the top forward about 1/2". Raise the top about ¼ ". While still keeping it lifted, push the top back about ¼ ",Tilt the top up on the rear hinges. To remove a dispenser: a) Use a small screwdriver and pry out on the three dispenser cover tabs while you lift the cover off the dispenser. Squeeze the bottom of the dispenser, and release the hooked segments at the top of the dispenser from the cabinet, then push the dispenser out of its cutout. Raise the cabinet top. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the end of the dispenser hose from its water inlet/dispenser valve connector. Reverse the procedure and test the washer for operation. Read More...
