Hello Mackey! No, the handle 4389075 does not include the screws. The door handle screws are part number WP489491 and comes one per package. You'll need to remove the upper and lower handle extensions which slide onto the handle and remove the screws holding the handle to the door to replace the handle. Hope this helps you, thanks!
