This Door Hinge Kit is an OEM replacement part for Whirlpool refrigerators. It includes the left and right lower door hinges. These hinges are crucial components that allow the refrigerator doors to swing open and close both smoothly and securely.  This kit includes both the freezer and refrigerator door hinges.

Symptoms of bad door hinges can include:

  • The door not sealing properly when closed
  • Difficulty opening or closing the door
  • Excessive noise emanating from the hinge area
  • Door alignment issues where it does not sit flush

Causes of failure typically involve hinge components wearing down over extended use. Hinges may also become loose, misaligned, or damaged due to impact over time.

This OEM replacement is also compatible with Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and select Kenmore models.
