Paula June 23, 2017 I got it all put back together--and it works!--but now I have another question. When I put the baffle back on, it doesn't seem to be level (it appears to lay slightly higher on the right side). When the oven is lit, the flames seem larger on that side too, looking from underneath. Since I didn't bend the baffle, do I assume that is normal or do I need to try to make it level? Thank you.
1 Answer Paula, You will want to try to get the baffle level from one side to the other. Read More...
Paula June 19, 2017 for Model Number FGB24L2ASA I am trying to replace the igniter. I took off the oven door with no problems, but cannot get it back on. The lock will not go back to the closed position. It seems to be caught in the position for door removal. I've been trying to figure it out for a couple of hours with no luck...
1 Answer Paula, If you kind of pull down on the door slightly and use a flat blade screwdriver you should be able to get the door lock part loose to get the door back in place. Read More...

Ryan M August 23, 2015 for Model Number JBP65S0M2SS Hi there. I'm checking to see if this oven hinge will work on my General Electric oven model JBP65S0M2SS? Thanks, Ryan
Doug May 21, 2015 for Model Number KEBC207KSS05 I replaced both hinges but there is still a 2" gap when shutting the oven door. Please advise. Can you send me the answer to my email? Thank you.
1 Answer Doug, It sounds like the hinges may not be in place properly. You will want to pull the door and make sure that the hinges are extended and held in place by the swivel hook. With the hinges extended then you would insert the door into the receivers and fully seated. If this is how it is installed then you may need to replace the receivers for the unit. Read More...
