Kk January 27, 2013 for Model Number GJC3055RB02 Back right element is a dual element. The small portion does not come on when either just the small is selected or when the large is selected. The "outer" ring comes on when the large is selected. Is there a way to tell what part I need to replace (thinking either element or switch) without taking the cooktop unit out of the countertop and taking it apart? I know to replace we will need to do this, but would like to take apart and fix at the same time, which means I should order the part first. Is the switch the electronic control or something else?
