Cheekaboom January 26, 2018 for Model Number Whirlpool Range RF375PXE 2 of my burners are on the fritz. One has stopped working completely - it does not heat up at all. The other one I thought was dead too, but I jiggled the surface element and it seems to be working again. No sucha luck with the first one. Do I need a new surface element, or do I need a burner element for behind/inside the stove (I watched your vid on this)?
1 Answer Cheekaboom, The infinite switch would be the most likely cause for the elements to not work. Read More...
Willie October 31, 2017 for Model Number WHIRLPOOL I replaced the block and rear large burner in my Whirlpool Stove but now I have no power to the burner. What seems to be my problem and how can I fix it? Willie.

Please call 1-877-477-7278 or post your model number with a new question on the parts page. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx Read More...
Tabby September 09, 2014 for Model Number RF375PXEN0 I need to replace the receptacle that goes with heating element W10259865/AP4700137. Do you carry this and can you provide me with the part number?
Gaby December 23, 2013 for Model Number RF365PXGN0 My stove top burners have little 'hooks' in them that line up and fit in the drip pan. The drip pans shown above do not have spots for the burner to fit. I bought a drip pan once before from home depot that looked like the one shown for my make/model, but the burner did not fit, it was slanted. Does this mean I also have to buy new burners or are there there appropriate drip pans available to fit my burners?
1 Answer Hello Gaby, If the elements do not fit in the pans made for the unit, the elements have been changed and are not of the original configuration. The two have to be compatible to one another so, if the factory drip pans do not work, you will either have to locate some that will or change the elements back to the original so these will work. Annamay July 09, 2012 for Model Number RF263LXTW2 My 8 inch burner element has 5 rings. This is my second replacement for these burners because one of the rings keeps popping up from its bracket & causes the ring to lie unbalanced, uneven cooking and causes scorches on the drip pan. Is there a 4 ring burner for these units in 8 inch that I could purchase? My old stove had the 4 ring 8 inch burner never had a problem.
1 Answer Annamay, the manufacturer only offers the replacement 5 turn 8" element part number WPW10259865. The 6" element is a 4 turn, part number WP660532. Thanks! Read More...

Jim October 26, 2011 for Model Number RF369LXPT-0 I"m told there is an extra heavy duty 8" element for the unit listed. Your answer did not verify my orig. question. I know the standard part (AP470037) is available, however the reason I had asked the question, is there an option for a "heavy duty" element other than the std. element to support large cooking pots better.
Jim October 25, 2011 for Model Number RF369LXPT 0 Burner element for above model, except for heavy pots. The std burner support bracket break down. Pleae advise if you have. Thanks.
1 Answer Hello Jim! The 8" surface element is part number WPW10259865 and the 6" surface element is part number WP660532. Thanks! Read More...
