Hello D., This unit is old enough to have dropped from the illustrated parts. If you have a four turn element, 316442300 should work. If you have a five turn element, 316442301 should work.

Royal, The part that you would need is the 8" element which is 7" if you measure across just the coils but if you measure the feet it sets on it will extend to 8".

Jerry, If the element and the receptacle have for some reason welded together then this would cause the element to be hard to pull out.
