Ginger August 22, 2013 for Model Number MD256ohes Our deli/pantry door lid keeps coming off. The end caps are not broken off, but the door seems to get stuck and wont open or close any farther. I have tried to grease them, (wd 40) and that helped for a few days then it started doing it again.
1 Answer Ginger, It sounds like either the drawer is not set in place properly or the lid is not in place properly. You will want to make sure that the drawer is sitting down in the grooves of the rails properly. Also check to make sure that the edges of the lid that make contact with the drawer are on the inside part of the edge of the drawer and not out past the side. Also check behind the drawer to make sure that nothing is behind the drawer and causing it not to roll all the way back into place and causing door to stay open. Read More...
