1 Answer Barb, To replace the endcap, you will need to remove the deli drawer and both crisper drawers. Remove the glass from the deli drawer and the rails. Remove the 3 screws that hold the endcap in place. When you slide the rail you will see screws that need to be removed for the rail to be transferred over. Once the endcap is off you will release the back piece and remove. There will be 3 clips on the back that will hold the link arm in place. Release the clips and turn the link arm to come off the slide. Once removed then you can remove slide. Reinstall in reverse. Read More...

1 Answer Sherry, the left side end cap is part number W10874836. o replace the endcap you would remove the crisper drawers and pantry drawer. Remove the glass and rail supports holding the glass.
