Chloe September 08, 2020 for Model Number WMH31017FB0 I've been looking for the charcoal filter for the microwave I have and keep being led to this one, but the cross reference check says it's not compatible. Just want to be sure I have the right one before ordering. Also having some trouble getting the current filter out. I unscrewed the two screws on top of the grill and removed the grill, but the filter is still locked in. Will appreciate any help! Thank you!
Michelle December 23, 2018 for Model Number WMH32519FS0 I want to replace the charcoal filter but can't get to it. By removing the top two screws the part won't come out as it is blocked by door and button controls. Do I have to remove the door and control panel? If so, I don't want to get that involved not knowing exactly what I'm doing. Seeing a video would really help. Please advise. Thank you
