Sandy, Yes, replacing the door frame will solve the issue. You may want to apply a "very thin" coat of silicone sealer/adhesive to the edge of the door glass to help secure it to the new door frame. Though not really necessary, some servicers do this as a precautionary measure.

William, We would not be able to determine the reasoning behind the door frame cracking. Part of it my be due to heat from the range below if the unit is not high enough above the range per installation instructions.

Thair, the part you are needing is only available with the door frame. For the door frame in white use part number 8169572, for black use part number 8169573, and for biscuit use part number 8169574. Thanks.

Hello Dick! Yes, as long as your original glass is not damaged you should be able to reuse the glass. Once you take the door apart the glass should be easily removable. I hope this helps!
