Tim May 20, 2023 for Model Number MFF2557HEB How do you get the slide rail on the left to extend? It stops about 1/3 of the way out. The internal extension bar hits something and won't budge. I cannot remove freezer bins as a result and thus am unable to access screws or bolts. No amount of 'persuasion' on this slide rail works to get it to fully extend.

Linda May 20, 2023 for Model Number GB2SHDXTQ00 Our freezer is the bottom drawer style. It does not close evenly. Right side seems fine but the left needs an extra push to make sure the drawer closes all the way. Do we need to have the left slide replaced?
