Where is the heater and fuses located and can I pull up a diagram?

Dryer is blowing cold air. Is it the heatng element, and how do I replace it?

Hello Chuck. Check and make sure you have 240 volts coming to the dryer. Also check the heater WPY503978 and thermal fuses WPW10116735 WP40113801 and see if they are good. You can test these with a multi-meter MA-DM1. They should read closed for continuity. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. My Amana Dryer is not putting out any heat. I took the heater Element out and see no breaks in the coil. Could I have another problem?

Hello. You will need to test the thermal fuses and make sure they are good. You can test these with a multi-meter MA-DM1. They should read closed for continuity. Hope this helps.
