This part shows as out of stock. I saw some other customers have inquired before, and that it usually ships to you within 9 days. However, could you tell me when it is going to be available, if at all. If not going to, please also tell me so that we can get an alternate blender. Thanks.

Gilberto, The parts are not showing as being discontinued and looks like it may just need to come from the manufacturer so the 7 to 10 business days is all we can supply.

My blender jar cracked (plastic) on the bottom where the blade is. Leaks there. Need a replacement for my model, KSB560MCO, looks like you have a replacement part for that, your part number, AP6020773. But your site says out of stock. Do you have an eta for new stock for this part?

My Kitchenaid blender been through 2 jars in well over 10 years. They end up leaking. I need to find another jar preferably 2. That will work for this particular blender.

Cynthia, Unfortunately, this part is no longer available and no satisfactory replacement has been provided by the manufacturer. You could try a google search of the manufacturer part number [8212227] to see if any small vendors still have one.

The cutter drive in the bottom of the Jar froze has seized. Do I have to purchase a complete new Jar/ The motor drive side is okay. If I have to buy a new Jar, is unit shown that sells for $34.45 compatible with my model KSB560PK0? Thank you.....

Hello Richard. Yes, you will need to order and replace the jar WPW10555711 on the unit. It is bad.

I noticed a small crack in the glass of my blender pitcher. Is the replacement also glass or will it be plastic? Also, will I need to buy a new blade or will the new part come all as one?

Hello Justin. It should be made out of the same material. The new jar does come with a new chopper.
