Jose', The F1 error code does indicate a problem with the control (relay energized during the time of day mode). If the printed circuit board is cracked or broken as you stated, you'll need to replace it, either way. But chances are good, you won't need anything else.

John, Your first check needs to be to the power supply (breakers and outlet). The check and make sure the connections on the back of the range at the terminal block ( where the power cord attaches) are not loose or damaged. "The display will flash when electrical power is first supplied to the range or if there has been a power failure." If all's OK, you'll need to replace the ERC/Clock WP5701M680-60.

Hello Laura, The F1 error code will indicate an error in the circuitry. Test the oven sensor first to make sure that it is 1090 ohms. If within 10 percent then it is good. If not then it is bad. If sensor is good at room temp then you would want to replace control board. WP5701M680-60

Hello Ray! The keypad is locked. To unlock the keypad press STOP TIME and CANCEL at the same time for 3-5 seconds. This will turn the lock off. Hope this helps, thanks!
