Rob June 02, 2015 for Model Number 110.81921100 My selector knob is cracked and no longer turns the shaft control. What has to be replaced? I looked here and see a cross reference chrome (mine is white) knob, but it does not show it matches up with my old Kenmore washer 110.81921100. Thanks!

1 Answer Hello Ben, As best as I can tell, the knobs have a clip under them that hold them to the shaft. You will have to reach under the knob with a hook shaped tool and grab the clip and pull it out from the side. Then the knob will slide straight off.
