Hello Dave. Your model number does not use the halogen bulbs, it uses 8206232A. Look for a bad light bulb socket on the unit.

Hello Joe. WPW10211457 is the control board for the unit. If the bulb does not change levels, the board is bad. The bulb you ordered is correct for the unit.
