Steven August 23, 2017 for Model Number WMH53520CS Microwave just over a year old. Bulbs keep burning out instantly. I screw it in, it's get super hot and then explodes. Occurs EVEN when the panel says "LIGHT OFF". That is, the light bulb turns on as I'm screwing it in even though the panel says light off. Hoping just the socket and not the control panel. Thoughts?

Kenneth C June 23, 2017 for Model Number WMH31017AW2 I purchased four "under lighting" bulbs from you (P/N 8206232A) and, at first your replacement bulb worked fine. Now, when I turn on the stove top light ( "under light" as I call it), the "full" light does not go on only the "half" light. I switched bulbs with two others in the package I purchased (4 altogether) and I only get the "half" light as well. HELP !!
