The model number you have provided is incomplete. There will be three characters after where it says model, there a period, then the rest of the number. It appears that the first three characters have been overlooked. This is common since the first three characters are commonly in a different font. If the first three characters are 110, the filter assembly is W11778253.

Hello John! Unfortunately, we do not have the exact measurements available from the manufacture for the dryer lint filter WP8557858. Judging from our picture it is approx 20" x 7", this is measuring up to the handle portion of the lint filter. Hello Paul. The manufacture does not sell just the lint screen without the handle. You will need to purchase the lint screen assembly WP8557858. Hope this helps.
