Dave, Basically, yes. You'll need to roll the upper rack out or remove it from the track. Remove the holder at the rear of the spray arm assembly by unsnapping the holder tabs from the bottom of the dish rack. Remove the hex head screw and washer in the center of the upper dish rack securing the spray arm assembly and remove the upper spray arm mount. Unsnap the spray arm mount from the dish rack and remove the spray arm assembly. Remove the screw from the bottom side of the manifold tube and transfer the arm and bearing/seal to the replacement tube and reverse the procedure.
