Shalini March 22, 2016 for Model Number C316 I have the griddle top and the grill element for this stove. But when I plug the grill element in, it touches the bottom. It seems to me I need something to go under the element so that it holds it up and heats up the griddle top. I need some help what that part is and where to find it. Thanks
1 Answer Shalini, There is a bar that runs across the element of the grill that would support the element. There would be nothing that you would put under the grill to raise it up for the griddle. You would want to make sure that you are removing the grates when using the griddle. Read More...
