Jerald, Check the door switches and check to ensure that the door is closing properly and that all shelving is in place properly. If this is good then it sounds like the LEDS would need to be replaced.

Brittny, With all of the LED's being out you will want to test at the main control board on the P10 connector Pin 1 Tan/Red wire to Pin 2 Pink wire. There should be 12-24 Vdc and if there is not then the main control board will be the issue. If there is then test each LED to determine where you are losing voltage. If there is voltage to the led but it is not coming on then it is faulty.

Tim, the LED control W11368839 would need to be tested at the two-wire connection for 120VAC when the doors are open. If there is voltage, the wires at pin one to pin two, pin three to pin four, and pin five to pin six would need to be tested for 12VDC. If there is not DC voltage, the LED control has failed. If there was not voltage going to the LED control, the door switches would need to be tested to identify if one has failed or if there is a wire failure in the liner. The door switches can be tested for continuity when the refrigerator power supply is off. There should be continuity when the switches are not being depressed.
