Jerald June 23, 2024 for Model Number KRMF606ESS01 Why does my door alarm keep beeping and I have no lights in the freezer or refrigerator? I replaced the evaporator motor in the refrigerator refrigerator section, and my ice maker does not work now. The box seems to be cold, and the only problem was frosting up before I replaced the evaporator fan and the two sensors mounted to fan.
1 Answer Jerald, Check the door switches and check to ensure that the door is closing properly and that all shelving is in place properly. If this is good then it sounds like the LEDS would need to be replaced. Read More...
Julie November 27, 2023 for Model Number KRFF507HPS00 Kitchenaide Refrigerator My freezer light is out. All the other lights work. Can I just replace this LED module.
Brittny May 10, 2023 for Model Number KRFF507HPS00 All top lights are out, how do I know which light to change. I replaced 1 light a year ago but it was the only one out. Now all top lights are out. Any help???
1 Answer Brittny, With all of the LED's being out you will want to test at the main control board on the P10 connector Pin 1 Tan/Red wire to Pin 2 Pink wire. There should be 12-24 Vdc and if there is not then the main control board will be the issue. If there is then test each LED to determine where you are losing voltage. If there is voltage to the led but it is not coming on then it is faulty. Read More...
1 Answer Hello Brittny, a putty knife or similar flat tool will be needed to pry the module out of the liner. Read More...

Tim November 16, 2022 for Model Number JF36NXFXDE01 right side lights will not work, now no lights will work. is there more than one light out or a board control the lights?
1 Answer Tim, the LED control W11368839 would need to be tested at the two-wire connection for 120VAC when the doors are open. If there is voltage, the wires at pin one to pin two, pin three to pin four, and pin five to pin six would need to be tested for 12VDC. If there is not DC voltage, the LED control has failed. If there was not voltage going to the LED control, the door switches would need to be tested to identify if one has failed or if there is a wire failure in the liner. The door switches can be tested for continuity when the refrigerator power supply is off. There should be continuity when the switches are not being depressed. Read More...
1 Answer Tim, The light module just snaps into place and you would use a putty knife and get under the edge to release the clips and remove them. Read More...
