Claudio, We would need to have the model number of your refrigerator to determine if this will work for your unit. If the motor is a 120 vac motor then it would not be able to be used in a 220 vac unit unless there is a transformer to reduce the power.

Jodie, This is an ac motor and it does not matter which wire you connect to the other, the fan will work with either wire connected to line and either wire connected to neutral.

Hello David, If this is an international model refrigerator running off 240vac then you would want to use a motor that is rated for this. If you try to install a 120vac motor then the motor will burn up almost immediately.
