Toni July 03, 2011 for Model Number mdb7601aww Control panel is not lighting up. When I push the start button, the sound the of dishwasher starts, but no cycle runs. Do you think it is just the control panel, or both the control panel and electronic control board?
1 Answer Hello Toni. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control panel 6-919825 is bad and will need to be replaced. Check and make sure there is power coming to the control board and the board is sending power to the components. If so, replace the control panel. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
