Eric October 21, 2012 The white swivel piece on the door hinge at the bottom of my frigidaire professional series refrigerator is cracked. There are two parts and both are white. When you open the door the top part of the swivel rotates and then drops making a loud bang sound. The top of that swivel has a crack. What is the part that I can replace it with?

Marcus D July 13, 2011 for Model Number jcb2389ars Will the door pin wear with time causing hinge binding and ultimately the door to not close properly. ( I see where it looks like a screw is dragging on the top side of the lower hinge) Could that impede proper door closing and would you just replace the pin, or the hinge and the door closing?
