Thomas December 04, 2025 for Model Number mgdc465hw0 my filter looks fine, but I am seeing lint exit the vent, even though the filter is cleaned after each use. also seeing a lot of lint dust on and around the dryer. Any ideas as to why this happening? Will a replacement filter trap stop this from happening? Please advise soonest. thanks for your help. T. Post
1 Answer Thomas, While the lint filter will catch the majority of the lint, it is such fine particles that it will not collect all of it. There will be lint in the exhaust and there is the possibility that there could be some lint around the dryer and inside the dryer. Read More...
