Hello Tina, There are only two of these in the unit. One on either side under the main top. Remove the three screws at the rear of the main top, slide it back about an inch, and lift it off. Now the hard part made easy is a little trick I learned in the field. Simply disconnect the water and electrical supply, pull the drain line out of the standpipe, and lay the unit on its' side. This makes the springs have so little tension on them that it is easy to change them out. On occasion, I have had to upright the unit and lay it on the opposite side to change the other spring. You do need to ensure the struts do not separate during this process. If they do, remove the three screws across the front bottom of the unit and, with the unit still on its' side, work the strut haves back together.
