Hello Steve. There are two clips under the top panel corners, that will need to be pressed in, with a flat blade, to raise the top of the washer. Hope this helps.

Hello Dave. You will need to look for white plastic shavings in the bottom of the machine. If there are some, the snubber ring WP21002026 will need to be replaced to balance the machine. Hope this helps.

Hello David. You will need to check and see if the thrust bearing 12002213 is working properly on the unit. If not, and it is slipping, you will need to replace the thrust bearing kit. Hope this helps.

Hello John. The motor only uses one spring and that is the motor spring WP22004376. The motor floats on the plate and changes positions between agitate and spin. If the unit is not spinning, you will want to check the thrust bearing 12002213. You will need to turn this by hand and see if the unit releases the brake assembly and turns the tub properly. If not, you will need to replace the thrust bearing kit. If it works properly, make sure the motor spring is hooked to the motor and the plate, and the motor is moving freely and properly. Hope this helps.

Hello Mitch. There is no adjustment for the drive belt tension. Make sure the motor is moving freely on the floater plate. If needed, you can add grease to the floater plate for the motor to slide on. Hope this helps.

Hello Rudy. The motor spring attaches to the motor and the floater plate. There is a slot on the motor for one end of it, and a hole in the plate for the other end. Hope this helps.
