Jacob August 01, 2014 for Model Number WFW9150WW01 We are having problems with the door lock. The manual states "that you will hear the door lock, unlock, and lock" before water enters. We only hear the lock and then the machine is stuck. We try to add a garment and cant because the door won't unlock as it should when we hit pause.
