John S December 09, 2012 for Model Number SVD48600W The oven blower keeps operating when oven door is closed. The switch (upper right corner) has come loose from the frame so moves freely when door is close, not pushing firmly against finger switch. 1 Answer John, The enclosure door switch(upper right corner of oven opening) 71001129 controls the neutral leg of the self clean door latch circuit and has little to no affect on the blower motor. So, are you sure the cooling fan is running, or could it be the door lock motor ? The cooling fan motor is controlled through the oven temp. sensor 12001656and a relay on the control board W10757086 on the back of the range. 1 Answer Tony, You're on track, the "F7" error code indicates the ERC/Clock is "seeing" a keypad pressed for more than 20 seconds (presumably a shorted key pad). Replacing the membrane switch WP71002310 should solve the issue. Just remember to turn off the power to the range before you start. and make sure there are no twists, creases or cracks in the membrane ribbon, and you seat the ribbon into the clock connection tightly and properly. Peter F June 27, 2012 for Model Number svd48600b A few months ago the broiler stopped suddenly, Now we have a problem where the oven fan starts when oven is turned on and when turned off it runs for a long time and then shuts off. Additionally most recently a FC code comes on and it beeps constantly. I turned the power and after a minute turned back on it stopped. I see various fault codes on-line but do not know if a code should appear or if I can do something to get the code. From what I read on-line it could be the touch pad or a control assembly. Any help would be well appreciated so I can order the parts. Thank you.

Elizabeth January 21, 2012 for Model Number SVD48600B The Cancel/Off button has stopped working. All other touchpad buttons still function. When I press the Cancel/Off button, no beep and oven does not turn off. I have to set timed cooking to get it to go off. I assume it's time to replace a part, but exactly which part do I need to replace? The switch membrane? The contol panel? Something else?
