This washer timer controls the sequence and length of wash cycles. Replacing a failed timer restores proper cycle advancement so the machine fills, agitates, drains, and spins at the correct times.

  • Sequences fill, wash, rinse, drain, and spin operations
  • Routes power to water inlet valves, drive motor, and drain pump at the proper times
  • Advances and completes the selected cycle
  • Failure may cause cycle not advancing or stalling, no agitate/spin, won't start, or a dial that doesn't move or advances intermittently
What's included: 1 timer assembly Install notes:
  • Disconnect power; turn off water supply for safety
  • Open the control console; remove the timer knob/retainer and mounting screws as needed
  • Move wires to the new timer one at a time (or photograph wiring for reference)
  • Mount the new timer, reassemble the console, restore power, and run a test cycle
