This part is a timer that has been manufactured by Whirlpool for use with certain laundry centers. The timer controls the length of the different laundry center cycles. If the timer is faulty, including becoming detached, warped, corroded, or otherwise rendered ineffective, the user may notice that the cycles do not run for their intended amount of time or some cycles may not start at all. Check the timer for continuity using a multimeter to determine if it needs to be replaced. Before starting any repairs, always make sure the appliance is completely disconnected from the power source. As a genuine OEM part, this part has been sourced directly from the manufacturer and is only sold individually. This timer is manufactured from high quality and durable materials to ensure sturdiness and reliability. It is intended for use with certain laundry centers that have been manufactured by brands that include Whirlpool, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Amana, Norge, and Admiral.

Scott, Based on the post, the washer thinks there's an "Off Balnced" load. You want to check the off balance switches and wiring, before you replace the control board. This is a low voltage circuit, and a loose connection can distrupt the circuit. There are three switches, one on top(inertia switch), one on the right side and one on the bottom of the tub, make sure they all have closed circuits, and no loose connection and the plungers move freely. There are two multi plug "molex" connectors one on each side of the tub, under the washer top panel, check and make sure there are no loose connections there as well. Thanks

Hello Charlie. Based on the information you will need to check and see if the water is coming out of the valves properly. If not, and there is power to the valve, you will need to replace the water valve WP22002437. Hope this helps.

Rich, A couple of things to check first, check the cold fill hose and valve screens for debris and clogs. Check the water level switch wiring and blow into the air dome hose, to clear any debris. In the washer cabinet, there are two multi plug connectors on each side of the tub, disconnect and check both sides of the connectors for loose wirs and connections. check these first, from there we will need to check the timer and main control board inputs and outputs. Thanks and Good Luck

Steve, The first thing you should check for this complaint is the screens in the fill hoses and valve(especially the cold water) then the water level switch, attached to the back interior wall of the washer cabinet, disconnect the air hose and blow in it, and check the wiring on the switch for being loose. The rinse cycles are automatically cold water, if the washer does not fill properly in the allotted amount of time, the washer will turn off. Thanks and good Luck
