I have a Jenn-Air Electric Smoothtop Downdraft Slide-in RANGE don't know how old and it is attached to the down draft mechanism through the floor to the outside so I can not lift it up nor is there any serial number nor part numbers under the knobs. There is a large double ringed burner on the right front and the top is white (POOR DESIGN) The knob has a plastic part that slides on to the post on the stove front that has broken.
