Susan February 11, 2020 for Model Number RTW4516FW2 Water inlet connections on the washer I am installing has what look like white plugs in the red and blue washer hose connections. Do I remove those white parts inside? I could not tell from the pictures provided. Thanks!

Kirk January 24, 2020 for Model Number MVWC416FW0 I would like to know how to get the water inlet valve assembly removed from the washer. I see no screws, does it just slide in? Also before I replace it I would like to know if the screens can be replaced? Thank you, Kirk
1 Answer Kirk, unfortunately, the screens on the inlet valve W11210459 are not replaceable. There should be one screw that secures the plastic outlet to the top panel that would need to be removed. The valve should then slide out. Read More...
