Larry January 16, 2014 for Model Number KDRP407HSS4 The broiler unit will not go off unless power is disconnected. I installed the new oven control (#8186394) I purchased from you but the problem continues. The temperature settings, mode of operation and reset buttons have no effect on the broiler. Prior to installing the new control the oven door lock would engage and would not release until it cooled down. Thanks, Larry
