Whirlpool WP4452444 Control, Zodiac OEM Part

First time this happened we had a tech come out from the store we bought the stove - he diagnosed it as the control board (connects from the dials to the zodiac control). That process took about 6 weeks with scheduling and waiting for the part to come in. After that the oven worked for 1 month past the 3 month warranty on the part he replaced-great! I came to Appliance Parts Pros and ordered the control board thinking it went bad again (and I wanted to save money and time!). But it wasn't the fix- oven still would over heat. I called APP for help and they confirmed my deduction that what I really needed was the Zodiac Control. Had the Zodiac in a couple days. Problem fixed! This was my first stove repair and I only knew how to get to the parts by watching the first repair tech, but I took a picture of the wiring and with a screw set with multiple heads I was able to slowly do this in about 2 hours). The control board I had was good so I was able to return the one I ordered from APP very easily. Could not have been more pleased with the service and support- wish I would have contacted APP sooner!! This mom is super happy to have the oven back!

Called Kitchenaid authorized service center to diagnosis and repair the oven. After a month of them unable to get the part through their contracted suppliers I took it upon myself to locate the part. I got the part number and did an online search for the part; AppliancesPartsPro came up immediately and they had the part in stock. Received the part next day and had the service center put it in a couple days later. If not for AppliancePartsPro I would still be without an oven; 3 days from finding the part to having it replaced after waiting weeks. Will use again if the need is required.
