Oven Door Seal (Gasket)

Replacement oven door seal that creates a heat-tight barrier around the oven door to help maintain oven temperature and reduce heat loss. Restores proper door sealing for more even cooking and safer operation. What it does:

  • Seals the oven cavity to retain heat and stabilize cooking temperature.
  • Helps prevent heat, smoke and odors from escaping the oven during use.
  • Replace when the gasket is cracked, flattened, torn, brittle or the oven takes noticeably longer to preheat.
  • Improves door closure and can reduce energy loss when installed correctly.
What's included: One oven door seal. Install notes:
  • Disconnect power (and gas if applicable) and allow the oven to fully cool before starting.
  • Remove the old gasket per the oven's service instructions; some models require removing the door or loosening fasteners.
  • Press the new gasket into the door channel evenly, working around the perimeter so the seal seats flush.
  • Wear gloves to protect hands from sharp edges.
